We are looking for a senior BI Consultant (focus back-end) to strengthen the IQVIA Business Intelligence and Data Science team.

Principle Accountabilities:
- Your main focus will be situated on the analysis and design of relevant solutions as well as the technical development of these solutions.
- Interface with different parties to understand their business requirements, which you will translate into solutions & applications;
- You will be involved in all phases of the project, from requirement gathering to delivery, as well as defining best practices and building innovative solutions; You are able to demonstrate creativity, flexibility, autonomy and efficiency, within a dynamic, evolving environment;
- You will deliver source to target mappings and lead a team of near/off shore developers.
- You will work as a consultant of IQVIA on the Belgium market
Education, Experience, Soft skills & Specialized Knowledge Required:
- A Bachelor’s or Master degree with minimal 5 years of relevant work experience;
- With at least 2 years in the role of Solution/Data Architect
- Languages: English, Dutch or French
- Experience in gathering and challenging requirements and translating these into a design and/or solution;
- Significant experience with ETL and ELT technologies.
- Knowledge of Snowflake or SSIS or denodo or Talend or any other ETL tool
- Experience with API calls
- Hands-on front-end development experience in Business Intelligence projects.

Any of the following elements are considered as a big plus:
- Affinity with the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Scorecarding and performance management solutions.
- Knowledge of Qlik Sense / QlikView / PowerBI, Denodo and other BI/DWH Tools
- Working in Agile mode
- General project management skills
- Knowledge of Veeva
