Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a Business Analyst Senior in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
As a Business Analyst Senior you will:

• Analyze business processes, identify process issues, delays, bottlenecks and propose process improvements and automation opportunities
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study process and system capabilities, write specifications
• Gather requirements, define scope, business rules and the business domain while clarifying terminology
• Conduct impact analysis of a requirement or change request
• Gather, review and analyze business data, including KPIs, reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Write and Maintain documentation regarding processes and analysis of the system
• Liaise between various departments and groups
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Collaborate with and drive cross-functional teams
• Act as liaison between business and Information Technology (IT) teams

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role: 

• Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business and system analysis
• Skilled in writing functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and performing data analysis for information systems
• Solid technical understanding or hands-on experience with software, systems, and databases
• Familiar with various system interaction methods, including user interfaces, bulk uploads, and machine-to-machine communication
• Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, operational research, statistics, data analytics, or a related field — or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years in a similar role)
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data analysis and modelling
• Working knowledge of Python, particularly for maintaining and updating existing applications
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decisions
• Familiar with collaborative methods and brainstorming tools
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus
