For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
DIGIT.A.2 in partnership with other Commission services and stakeholders, provides high quality corporate solutions/information systems for EC and non EC entities, enabling the successful implementation of the Commission's Digital Transformation and EU policies.
Below are the details of your role and requirements.
Your role:
- Content migration support: Developing and executing migration plans, coordinating with content owners, and ensuring the successful transfer of content to the K4P platform (Drupal).
- Requirements analysis: Gathering and analysing user feedback and requirements and providing recommendations for platform improvements and new features.
Collaboration with development team: Working closely with the K4P development team to prioritize and implement new features and functionalities, and to resolve technical issues. - Technical support: Providing first-line technical support to K4P users, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- User training and support: Developing and delivering training materials, user manuals, and guides to support K4P users, and providing ongoing technical assistance and guidance.
