Content and Brand Manager
Euroclear is seeking a highly motivated and expert Content and Brand Manager to join our external communications team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for corporate storytelling, a deep understanding of brand strategy, and a proven track record in content creation and management in a BtoB environment.
As a Content and Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and brand architecture and driving engagement across various platforms. You will also be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all entities and companies within the Euroclear Group. This involves developing and implementing brand guidelines, monitoring brand usage, and providing support to ensure adherence to brand standards.
As a member of the external communications team, you will contribute to the corporate content strategy, coordinate content creation, and drive engagement across various platforms, in close collaboration with colleagues from media relations, corporate communications and employer brand.
In this role, you will need to challenge the status quo, navigate complexities and demonstrate strong negotiation capabilities. This involves engaging with various stakeholders, incl. senior managers, understanding their concerns, and effectively communicating the benefits of proposed changes. You will also need to engage with various entities, divisions and companies to ensure alignment and collaboration on brand and content initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Euroclear's vision and values.
- Produce high-quality, engaging corporate content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials. Ability to translate complex information into simple and compelling stories
- Align content and brand and measure impact on reputation
- Oversee the content lifecycle from ideation to publication, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand and content guidelines.
- Bring the outside in and identify new trends, client and partner needs, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, internal communications, graphic design, public affairs and investor relations to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyse content performance using various analytics tools, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure all content and brand activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in content creation, brand management, and marketing.
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Affinity with the financial sector and corporate environment
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management tools and analytics tools.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative brand and content strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and senior management
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to improve content performance.
