- Support the Mechanical and Electrical Site Inspectors with the Field management tool on B360.
- Support BIM Lead with QA-QC checks
- Assist the BIM Lead in the setup and management of the project’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), ensuring alignment with control systems and digital processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards that track BIM performance, digital workflows, and project health indicators to support decision-making.
- Ensure digital assets and BIM deliverables are consistently aligned with project goals, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Maintain an active role in planning for future project needs, supporting innovation in digital delivery and design integration.
- A degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination or digital construction, ideally within data centre or mission-critical environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of tools such as Navisworks, and Common Data Environnement (BIM360, ACC).
- Familiarity with digital construction workflows, asset data management, and technology-driven change.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in digital delivery.
