• Coordinate and schedule interviews in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters.
• Collect and verify required onboarding documentation from new hires.
• Act as the main point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain and update onboarding trackers, reports, and documentation to ensure process transparency and compliance.
• Monitor the status of new hires from offer acceptance to day one, ensuring all steps are completed on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Benefits, Payroll, Total Rewards, etc.) to ensure readiness for the new hire’s first day.
• Administer the new hire process by reviewing and processing new hire transactions for MasterCard’s Europe population.
• Communicate new policies/processes to employees; resolve inquiries promptly to meet or exceed customer expectations and provide ‘priceless employee experiences’.
• Manage confidential data professionally, adhering to HIPPA rules and MasterCard confidentiality requirements.
