Job Description
Ever wondered what it feels like to be an Application Support Agent Junior in Netcompany?
As an Application Support Agent Junior, you will:
- Receive and log requests/incidents & questions from users (by e-mail, phone, or face to face); provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions.
- Keep end-user informed on request status and progress.
- Participate in meetings with the development team.
- Improve documentation/manual for training and shared knowledge.
- Deliver training to staff.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Higher education (or equivalent experience) with at least 1 year of proven success in user support.
- Skilled in handling, logging, and tracking user requests and incidents across multiple channels.
- Proficient in diagnosing technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
- Experience in creating and maintaining user documentation, manuals and in delivering training to diverse staff groups.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills in international and multicultural environments.
- Proficiency at the European C1 level in both French and English.
It would also be a plus if you have:
- Proficiency in any other EU language.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Previous experience working with an European Institution.
