Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest o NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
- Significant experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Support management roles;
- Experience leading teams, managing staff resources, and developing personnel.
- Master Degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field;
- Experience working in international or intergovernmental organizations;
- Experience supporting project delivery and coordinating service support for projects.
- Taking responsibility for elements of a larger consulting engagement;
- Collaborating with clients as part of formal or informal consultancy engagements;
- Understanding client requirements by collecting data and delivering analysis.
