We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer to support a high-stakes international project. The mission involves Level 2/3 support of next-generation firewalls (NGFW) that protect sensitive cross-domain communications.
Main Responsibilities
ITSM Ticket Support (75%)
- Daily handling of incidents and service requests
- Prioritization, escalation, and follow-up through resolution
- SLA compliance: 4h (standard issues), 1h (critical issues)
Centralized System Administration (5%)
- Initial setup, high availability (HA), DNS/NTP synchronization
- Automation via scripting and daily ticket review
NGFW Configuration (15%)
- Deployment and adjustment of security policies and filtering rules
- Rule change management and compliance verification
Technical Documentation (5%)
- Weekly updates to system documentation and references
Optional On-Demand Weekend Support
- Occasional weekend interventions (pre-approved, additional compensation)
Required Profile
- Proven experience with NGFW configuration and administration
- Solid knowledge of ITSM tools and automation scripting
- Ability to work in secure and sensitive environments with precision and autonomy
- Valid NATO Secret security clearance is mandatory
