What You’ll Be Doing
Design and develop AI-powered software solutions using GenAI and machine learning frameworks
Build and optimize data processing pipelines for model training and evaluation
Train and fine-tune AI models, including LLMs, for real-world applications
Implement testing strategies and performance benchmarks to ensure model reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business goals
Stay current with emerging trends in GenAI, AI research, and software development
Engage with scientific literature and contribute to innovation across the organization
Support internal teams by resolving technical issues and sharing best practices
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
What We’re Looking For
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or related field (Bachelor’s with relevant experience also considered)
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)
Experience training, validating, and deploying AI models; LLM fine-tuning is a plus
Familiarity with AWS and Agile development environments
Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
