Your responsibilities?
As an temporary Administrative Operator, you are responsible for overseeing the sale of 'end of lease' cars to the drivers of these cars or to people within their direct network. A more concrete overview of your tasks includes:
- Administrative management of sales files from A to Z: (document control, VAT control, creation of new customers, preparation of quotes, etc.).
- Processing customer requests/comments via email and other tools (ALD CAR, SF).
- Commercial follow-up of ongoing files by contacting the customer by phone and/or email.
- Payment control (bank statements) and invoicing.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a secondary education in a relevant field or can convince us with your experience gained so far.
- You can easily commute to and from Asse, as this is where you will be employed.
- You are proactive, organized, and manage your priorities well.
- You are customer-oriented, patient, and stress-resistant.
- You enjoy working very accurately and you are detail oriented.
- You love (financial) administration and communicate fluently by email or phone.
- You have a very good command of Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
