Nutripack Olen, a subsidiarie of Groupe Impact, is specialized production site in the manufacturing of packaging solutions through thermoforming molding for the food industry (bakeries, chocolate factories, and agri-food businesses, among others).
The site currently employs around ten people and aims to grow.
In a context of organizational and material transformation and reporting to the Financial Manager, your responsabilities as an Administrative and Financial Assistant will include :
Responsibilities :
Accounting:
- Verify client payments in our accounting tool and send reminders if necessary.
- Enter general expense purchase invoices into the accounting software.
- Ensure that the billed amount matches the purchase order.
Administrative & HR:
- Gather weekly personnel needs and find the appropriate resources by working with temporary employment agencies.
- Plan the arrival of temporary employees and provide the necessary equipment for their integration (lockers, clothing, tools).
- Monitor and manage clocking anomalies in our time management tool, working with the production manager and payroll manager.
- Manage physical and phone reception.
- Receive and distribute internal mail and ensure the day's outgoing mail is sent.
- Order necessary food supplies for meetings and external visitors.
Profile required:
We are looking for a dynamic, serious, and autonomous person. Organizational and reasoning skills are also essential. You are comfortable with IT tools and using the Microsoft Office suite. Basic accounting knowledge, including VAT, is required to perform the role.
Prior professional experience in administrative tasks is required.
