Context :

Support the Actuarial team in charge of reserving (BGAAP, IFRS17 and Solvency II) and profitability analysis

Key responsibilities :
– Review of process to improve the flows, to simplify or automatize if possible, to document the process, to rationalize existing controls, to implement controls
– Leverage on multiple databases to implement new analysis

Expected skills :
– Work experience as an Actuary
– In-depth understanding of how to use actuarial formulas and tables
– Good knowledge of P&C reserving technics (IBNRS tool) and profitability concepts in BGAAP, IFRS17 and SII
– Excellent numerical and analytical skills
– Demonstrate excellent critical thinking capacity to challenge the existing process
– Knowledge of Worker Compensation business
