Om ons Finance-team op het hoofdkantoor van Otis in Brussel te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Accounts Payable Accountant.

De ideale kandidaat:
▪️ Heeft minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen leveranciersboekhouding;
▪️ Beheerst Nederlands uitstekend (kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt);
▪️ Heeft een grondige kennis van de Belgische wetgeving, en een goed begrip van fiscale en boekhoudkundige processen in Luxemburg;
▪️ Werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en voelt zich thuis in een dynamische, professionele omgeving;
▪️ Is vertrouwd met moderne boekhoudsoftware en ERP-systemen.

Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden:
▪️Je staat in voor de volledige verwerking van leveranciersfacturen voor België en Luxemburg, in samenwerking met interne teams en externe partners.
▪️ Ontvangst, controle, codering en boeking van leveranciersfacturen;
▪️ Opvolging van betalingstermijnen en correcte verwerking van betalingen binnen de geldende procedures;
▪️ Behandeling van geschillen en opvolging van rappels;
▪️ Naleving van wettelijke en fiscale verplichtingen op het vlak van leveranciersboekhouding voor de Belgische en Luxemburgse entiteiten;
▪️ Deelname aan maand- en jaarafsluitingen.

Ons aanbod:
▪️Een contract van onbepaalde duur met voltijdse tewerkstelling (39u/week);
