Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Account Manager to oversee operations at our GHT site, a critical data center located in the Mons area. This role requires a proactive professional with strong technical and organizational skills to manage the full scope of customer engagement and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring satisfaction and contract compliance
- Monitor and manage contract execution and invoicing processes
- Oversee chemical inventory and coordinate timely refilling
- Perform on-site chemical analyses and ensure proper documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues directly on site
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service continuity and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in data center or industrial environments
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of chemical handling and analysis procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Availability to work full-time on site in the Mons area
