How would you support our success?
Are you a natural deal-closer with a passion for winning new business? Silverfin is on the lookout for a driven Account Executive to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, hunting for new opportunities and expanding our footprint among accountancy firms in the Walloon region of Belgium.
We are excited to strengthen our presence in Wallonia with our new office in Mont-Saint-Guibert, reinforcing our commitment to growth and strategic expansion in the region.
You'll be part of a young and dynamic team that values connection and culture, with plenty of social activities to keep things fun and engaging. The team setup includes 1 SDR, 2 Account Executives, 1 Account Manager, and 1 Sales Team Lead, all working closely together to grow our impact in the region.
As an Account Executive at Silverfin, you’ll be stepping into our high-energy sales team where a hunter mindset is not just appreciated - it’s essential. We’re looking for someone who thrives on chasing new opportunities and turning leads into long-term wins. The team’s mission? Drive growth in the Walloon region by landing 70 new logos this year, with a strong focus on mid-tier and larger accounting firms.
This role is all about new business development. You’ll build pipeline from the ground up, open doors with decision-makers, and help boost our brand visibility across the region. Curiosity and strategic thinking are key: you'll need to uncover prospects’ pain points through sharp discovery, navigate complex sales cycles, and handle objections with confidence and clarity.
Success in this role requires you to be a fast learner, tech-savvy, proactive, and relentlessly solution-oriented. You’ll be part of the Belgian Sales team, so collaboration is key, but above all, you’re a builder who’s ready to make a real impact.
