As a Customer Base Account Executive at Kainos, you will be responsible regional OKRs such as client retention and customer satisfaction targets as set by the Business Unit Leadership. In addition, the Customer Base Account Executive will be responsible for managing a number of strategic clients for the region.
You will be the bridge between our Professional Services, Operational Support, Product and Business Development teams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering against monthly, quarterly and annual individual and team targets (revenue and activity) in the pursuit of generating qualified pipeline
Account Planning with Account Managers and Directors on prospecting and opportunity qualification activities - Working independently to engage and generate opportunity from initial Discovery to Qualification
Understanding buyer persona challenges as they relate to Workday, actively listen, build trust, articulate their challenges, and propose potential solutions
Collaborate with the Customer Base Marketing Manager, Account Managers, Directors to assist in the creation and execution of demand generation
MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:
Extensive experience operating in a business development / sales / account management with a proven ability to deliver Customer Success OKRs including retention target, improving NPS YoY, Upsell and Cross-Sell.
Fluent in English, Dutch and French
Functional domain knowledge or account management experience with Human Capital Management, Financial Management, or Payroll applications and/or system implementation.
Experience with Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar ERP application.
Fluent in German and English.
Sales, Consulting, Delivery or Product experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company who provide products and services to their clients.
High achiever. Having a highly successful track record of individual and team over achievement vs target in a quota bearing role.
Demonstrate an ability to understand highly complex Large Enterprise (often Fortune 500) size clients and methods for mapping out key stakeholders and client processes across multiple business functions as they relate to our products and services.
An ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to engage and support multiple internal corporate functions (Professional Services, Customer Support, Product and Sales & Marketing).
Excellent writing and presentation skills with proven capability to deliver a value proposition in a competitive and often challenging environment
Great networking skills and the ability to build strong and appropriate relationships with VP to C-Level client stakeholders
Ability to operate in a highly competitive and pressurised environment, making sensible decisions that don’t compromise Kainos
Ability to plan and meet deadlines in accordance with business requirements
Excellent; negotiation skills and commercial understanding of contracts.
