About the job:

Based in Braine l'Alleud, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join the NATO Integrated Mobile Service Centre, which provides NATO and its partners with scalable, protected, secure, reliable, and integrated Wireless Communication-based Services with a focus on NATO Operations, Crisis Response, Missions, Exercises and Business Continuity. The NIMSC Chief is responsible for planning and executing all lifecycle management activities for centre's following services: strategy, design, transition, operation and continuous service improvement including subject matter expertise, research and development, acquisition and logistic support.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Vendor Manager who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:

·        Vendor Management

·        Organisational Change Management

·        Supplier Management

·        Contract Management

·        Stakeholder Relationship Management

·        Product and Vendor Evaluation

About you:

The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:

·     A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years directly relevant work experience; Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function

·        Experience in developing contracting vehicles to support dynamic sourcing delivery;

·        Experience developing Statements of Work, Requests for Quote, and Requests for Proposals

·        Experience with monitoring contractor performance and quality control processes;

·        Experience with managing contractor and vendor relationships;

·    Qualifications such as; Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP), Certified Supplier Relationship Management Professional (CSMP) or Certified Contract Management Professional (CCMP) – Are all considered desirable.

·        Fluency in English, both written and spoken is essential.
