What does your day-to-day job look like
TASKS
As Vendor Manager, you are the glue between the vendor and our internal organization.
You are the single point of contact (SPOC) for vendors and internal teams such as sales, business development managers, marketing, and the technical team.
You are internationally responsible for:
Creating and monitoring the business plan for the vendors in your portfolio.
Monitoring market developments relating to the vendors and sharing knowledge about the vendors with our internal teams.
Monitoring the pre-sales process together with the technical team.
An optimal pricing strategy.
Developing sales collateral based on the business and action plans.
Stock management together with the purchasing team.
Contract management.
Leading certification processes internally and at customers.
Managing the vendor portal.
PROFILE
We are looking for enthusiastic talent, driven by knowledge and with a passion for technology:
You are skilled at developing vendor business plans and translating them into concrete actions together with the various teams.
You are passionate about technology, enjoy learning the ins and outs of technological solutions, and can translate that knowledge into commercial opportunities.
You are the driving force behind building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally.
You are accurate, customer-focused, and professional.
You are interested in IT (cybersecurity, IoT, networks) or are willing to learn more about it.
You have organizational skills and enjoy working with colleagues.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. A good knowledge of French is an advantage.
