As a UX Researcher/Designer, you will lead the user experience strategy for digital
platforms. You'll conduct user research, define personas, facilitate workshops, and design intuitive
navigation and information architecture. Collaborating with UI designers, stakeholders, and product
teams, you'll ensure a seamless and impactful user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and document UX research activities using tools like Condens
- Facilitate workshops on functional framing, ideation, and co-design
- Conduct user research via interviews, surveys, observations, and tests
- Analyze user behavior and website performance using Matomo, heatmaps, etc.
- Create personas, experience maps, and define user journeys
- Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps using Figma
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders
- Collaborate with UI Designers to ensure consistency with the design system
- Contribute to UX Chapter activities (feedback sessions, knowledge sharing)
- 7+ years in design thinking within agile environments
- 7+ years in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- 3+ years in interaction design and information architecture
- Formal qualification in UX (Master's degree or certification)
- Proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Miro, Matomo
- Experience with Condens (research repository tool)
- Bonus: Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud or similar CMS platforms
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders
