What You’ll Do
As a key member of our management team, you’ll be responsible for the daily leadership, coaching, and development of Technical Service Administration employees. You’ll foster a proactive, customer-oriented culture while ensuring performance targets, safety rules, and quality standards are consistently met. Expect to collaborate closely across departments, propose service improvements, and steer your team to success.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional experience and a Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience). Knowledge of technical services is a plus. Your strengths should include:

· Strong communication, organization, and decision-making abilities
· A commercial mindset and proactive attitude
· Resilience, independence, and a sense of responsibility
· Multilingual fluency in Dutch, French, and English

Wij zoeken iemand met minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring en een Masterdiploma (of vergelijkbare ervaring). Kennis van technische dienstverlening is een pré. Jij beschikt over:
Uitstekende vaardigheden in people management en coaching
Sterke communicatieve, organisatorische en besluitvaardige kwaliteiten
Een commerciële instelling en proactieve houding
Veerkracht, zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
