Function
Are you a natural organizer who ensures smooth operations and enjoys keeping a close eye on the numbers? Do you have an affinity for finance, operations, and people management? Then we have a challenging role for you as Site Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Operational management – Manage daily activities on site and monitor logistics and operational processes.
- Controlling & reporting – Safeguard budgets, monitor costs and revenues, analyze figures, and prepare reports and KPIs.
- Finance & compliance – Follow up on invoicing, payments and internal controls. Ensure compliance with processes, regulations and permits.
- Stakeholder management – Work closely with internal departments, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Process optimization – Identify opportunities for improvement in working methods and systems and translate them into concrete actions.
- People management – Coach and support employees on site, foster smooth collaboration and promote a positive working atmosphere.

What do we expect from you?
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, supply chain or equivalent through experience.
- You have experience in an operational or controlling role (e.g. site manager, operations manager, business controller or finance manager).
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with numbers, reports and KPIs.
- You are hands-on and communicative and able to engage both team members and stakeholders.
- You combine accuracy with a pragmatic approach.
