- Establish and manage governance structures, including steering committees, milestone reviews, and executive reporting cadences
- Ensure change initiatives are embedded successfully, proactively identifying organizational and cultural implications, and supporting leaders in managing them
- Monitor progress, help identify and remove roadblocks, and ensure transparency through clear reporting tools and performance dashboards
- Act as a catalyst for operational excellence, identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements that support scalable growth
You will be the driving force that turns strategy into execution — ensuring that transformation efforts are coherent, measurable, and sustainable.
- 7-10 years of experience in a strategic role (e.g., Strategy Consultant, Chief of Staff, or similar)
- Proven track record in coordinating leadership meetings, managing complex schedules, and supporting executive decision-making
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure industries, especially SaaS (required)
- Familiarity with corporate governance, board-level interactions, and stakeholder management (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a high level of professionalism
- Strategic mindset, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Business fluency in English, German language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel across Europe, preferably based in Belgium
