About the job
Based in Antwerp, 3DConfig – a development of Flux – builds advanced 3D configurators for the wood manufacturing industry. We specialize in developing configurators for closets, furniture, and construction that instantly visualize custom products and sync directly with production systems.
The team: Twenty developers, zero micromanaging project managers. We trust developers to be sharp problem-solvers who can collaborate directly with clients.
We’re all about meaningful work that pushes you. As an intern, you’ll join our crew to tackle real projects, gaining hands-on skills and room to grow. You will learn directly from seasoned teammates how to translate a client’s challenges into a technical solution.
We don’t expect you to know it all—we want fast learners who are motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grasp new hurdles.
Respect is non-negotiable. No “know-it-all” egos here—just team players who lift those still finding their footing.
