Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Amaris Consulting is looking for a Tester with strong experience in both automation and manual testing to join our team in Brussels. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our solutions by designing, executing, and maintaining robust test strategies.
If you are passionate about testing, comfortable working in an international environment, and eager to take part in innovative projects, this opportunity is for you.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
- Maintain testing documentation in Confluence.
- Work with REST APIs and ensure seamless integration testing.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with test automation frameworks.
- Provide clear reporting on test execution and quality metrics.
Your Profile:
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Tester (manual & automation).
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber.
- Experience with Postman for API testing.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow testing is an asset.
- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Git for version control.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Languages: English professional level & French is a plus.
