We’re currently looking for a new team member to join our Procurement team in Belgium.
As a Tender Administrator, you will provide administrative support in processing tenders and agreements with suppliers into our operations system to facilitate the smooth integration for our operations. You will be responsible for entering and updating data from Excel and other databases into our inhouse ERP. You will organize agreements to ensure that prices are correctly processed into the system to provides a significant advantage for internal colleagues who handle our file processing. You will perform tasks with consistency and accuracy. You will provide internal support to questions from colleagues to assist them in their work. Lastly, you will collaborate with various departments, to ensure that all tender documents and price agreements are correctly and timely updated and processed.
Knowledge is power
- A good command of Excel is essential for managing and updating data efficiently.
- Experience with uploading prices into a database is a plus, it is not a strict requirement.
- Experience within the logistics sector or the shipping industry is a plus.
- Communication is key. You should be internally oriented to support colleagues and be more inclined to say "YES" than "NO" to internal questions.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
