Telesales Partner Coach North

As Telesales Partner Coach:
- You coach our Telesales team coaches/agent of our external call centers to do more sales. (prospect- and winback campaigns and upsell Orange customers internet/TV & Mobile)
- Side by side, spotchecks @ distance,…
- You are responsible for the keep and increase sales & revenue generation objectives on the B2C and SoHo market
- You drive commercial communication (coaching, training, incentives) and you give feedback regarding the Residential Contact Centers.
- You represent agents and clients by listening and understanding what types of improvements in the different Calls are required in order to give feedback to adapt the sales script/Processes to achieve the Orange telesales objectives.
- Together with your colleague, you are responsible for the Daily Customer Sales management
(Close Sales KPI follow-up in order to reach operational and financial targets) - You will create and give sales trainings/workshops for the Call Center Trainers if necessary.
Your profile:
- You have a talent for smooth communication in Dutch. negotiation and diplomacy. Basic knowledge of French or English is an asset
- You have an experience of min. 2 years of telesales B2C experience, ideally as coach or trainer. Coaching & training skills/experience are a must.
- We are looking for a team player who is team oriented and who has a positive attitude and needed assertively.
- Knowledge of a contact centers environment is an asset
- It’s evident that you are interest in telecom & new technologies and working in a fast-paced, high-challenging and quickly changing environment excites you
- You’re open and flexible to travel. (Our callcenter are in Oostende, Diegem, Genk and Maroc)
