Responsibilities:
- Creates, compiles, utilizes feedback to improve documentation and delivers Technical Documentation to clients with the required standards.
- Perform writing tasks for complex technical documents, such as user manuals, installation manuals, help documents, and tutorials.
- Requires effective planning, scheduling, researching, and writing skills.
- Interviews business analysts, programmers, engineers, developers, and other technical personnel.
- Reads previous documentation and design notes and uses computer-based training or company technical products to gather and research technical information for use in more complex documentation.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiar with API and Software Development Kit concepts
- Thorough knowledge of information mapping concepts
- Skill in investigation and analysis
- Skill in preparation of written material
- Proficient with the following software:
- DITA & Astoria
- Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Adobe (Acrobat Professional, Robohelp)

- Skill in evaluation of documentation
- Skill in production and quality control
- Skill in publishing system operation
- Skill in understanding and focusing on the clients’ needs, establishing credibility and building relationships with clients
- Skill in editing writing for punctuation, syntax, and grammar
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and public

Required (Payments Knowledge):
- XCT: Processing of Domestic and Cross Border Payments based on SWIFT (SWIFT ISO20022, CBPR+, EBA EURO1/STEP1, CHAPS, TARGET2)
- OPF: General payments knowledge, payment gateway
- SEPA/SCTINST: SEPA CT, SEPA DD, SEPA Instant Payment
- CBIS: Payment gateway, accounting
- Utility Services: Payment knowledge – nice to have around Fraud, Charges, Foreign Exchange, micro services
