As Technical Superintendent Werfmaterieel you ensure that the site equipment is set up efficiently, the heavy and auxiliary equipment is technically operational at all times and can be deployed optimally for the execution of the work. You are responsible for the technical planning and day-to-day organisation of the site equipment. You will be deployed nationally, on our mobile and fixed sites throughout Belgium. Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Coordinating various technical maintenance and repair activities.
- Keeping an overview of the works carried out and to be carried out, reporting technical problems and taking them up with both the office and various suppliers.
- Checking reports, repair lists and requisition slips.
- Motivating technical staff on site.
- Preparing repair and conversion projects and being hands-on when doing so.
- Responsible for the technical realisation of a mobilisation or demobilisation
- Supervising stock management.
- Ordering technical interventions and contacting local subcontractors.
- Taking care of safety, quality and the environment.
What do you need?
You have a Master's degree in Engineering or Industrial Sciences Mechanical/Electromechanics or hold a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics with a first relevant work experience. You are an organisational talent and possess a high degree of independence. You have a solid technical background and are practical with a passion for engineering. Recent or recent graduates are also eligible. You have an interest in the civil sector and feel attracted to working on our Belgian sites.
