- Manage technical projects from design to commissioning
- Ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards
- Control schedules, budgets, and technical quality
- Coordinate internal and external engineering teams
- Optimize technical solutions and project costs
- Oversee interfaces with clients, suppliers, and field teams
- Support RFQs, technical reviews, and supplier negotiations
Key skills
Project management of complex technical programs (scope, cost, schedule, risk)
Strong knowledge of aerospace standards and requirements (EN 9100, DO-160, etc.)
Cross-functional team coordination (engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, customers)
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Primavera, etc.)
Leading technical reviews and industrial validation (design reviews, FAI, DVI)
Requirement analysis and traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Technical leadership and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Experience required
Degree in Engineering or a related technical and industrial field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical environment
Experience in the oil and gas industry
Leadership, organizational skills, and team spirit
Proficient in international standards (EN, ISO, ASME)
Ability to read and understand P&IDs, mechanical and electrical drawings
Understanding of technical and product interfaces
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
