About this Position
As the leader of an international team of marketing experts in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, you will have the opportunity to guide and motivate a talented group of professionals to achieve exceptional results and make a lasting impact in the industry of adhesives dedicated to industrial assembly and maintenance as well as vehicle reparation. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following :
What you´ll do
- Coach, guide, motivate and develop the cluster marketing team
- Provide marketing vision and guidance and deliver marketing targets for the country cluster through appropriate marketing initiatives within the respective budgets
- Adapt the regional Strategic Growth Plan to country needs in collaboration with Sales and Channel colleagues
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to make informed decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally (esp. other Marketing, BDM, Channel, Sales, Application Engineering) in the cluster and beyond to define strategic targets & execute the action plan to achieve them
- Generate customer insights and stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
- Test, learn, execute, scale; implement relevant developments locally and contribute to the exchange at regional level
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing in an international work environment
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Marketo
- Experience with website and social media management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience in working with a sales team and understanding of the sales process
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in technology
