About this Position

As the leader of an international team of marketing experts in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, you will have the opportunity to guide and motivate a talented group of professionals to achieve exceptional results and make a lasting impact in the industry of adhesives dedicated to industrial assembly and maintenance as well as vehicle reparation. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be the following :

What you´ll do

  • Coach, guide, motivate and develop the cluster marketing team
  • Provide marketing vision and guidance and deliver marketing targets for the country cluster through appropriate marketing initiatives within the respective budgets
  • Adapt the regional Strategic Growth Plan to country needs in collaboration with Sales and Channel colleagues
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, using data to make informed decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (esp. other Marketing, BDM, Channel, Sales, Application Engineering) in the cluster and beyond to define strategic targets & execute the action plan to achieve them
  • Generate customer insights and stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies
  • Test, learn, execute, scale; implement relevant developments locally and contribute to the exchange at regional level

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing in an international work environment
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Marketo
  • Experience with website and social media management
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in working with a sales team and understanding of the sales process
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in technology
