BBP is looking for a Taproom Manager
CDI – FULL TIME – Brussels-based
Brussels Beer Project is one of the most dynamic craft breweries in Europe. With our mission-driven approach and B-Corp certification, we aim to redefine Belgian beer while spreading our passion for innovation and sustainability. Our taprooms are the beating heart of this movement, bringing people together to share the love of fine beers.
We are looking for a Taproom Manager to oversee our two flagship locations: BBP Dansaert (our original taproom in the city center) and BBP Port Sud (our taproom by the brewery). You will lead the taproom teams, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and create unforgettable experiences for our community.
If you are passionate about craft beer, thrive in people management, and enjoy building bridges between hospitality, community, and events, this is your chance to take BBP’s taprooms to the next level!

- Handle B2B & events: manage corporate tastings, private bookings, and contribute to events activations.
- Represent BBP: share our story, values, and beers with customers, businesses, and partners.
- Keep growing: bring new ideas to boost sales, improve service, and grow the impact of our taprooms.
Your Profile

- Beer lover: passionate about craft beer and eager to share that love with others.
- People manager: you know how to build, motivate, and coach a team.
- Sales mindset: customer-first approach with results in sales and upselling.
- Operational skills: confident in planning, stock management, and handling rush hours with a cool head.
