Your role
As a Sub-Regional Implementation Services Team Lead, you will lead a team responsible for the planning and execution of both standard and complex customer implementations. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with contractual and quality expectations. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and develop a high-performing team, streamline processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for resource allocation, cost control, process improvements, and the successful coordination of implementation projects across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Services Managers and Engineers to deliver consistent, high-quality installations.
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of all implementation activities, ensuring alignment with contracts, timelines, and customer requirements.
Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, including tendering, purchase orders, and contracting procedures.
Drive process improvements by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the implementation process and promoting operational efficiency.
Manage project budgets, track cost savings opportunities, and support value engineering initiatives.
Coordinate implementation activities across internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Service Planning, Site Teams) and external service providers.
Approve and prioritize technical implementation plans, sign off on project scopes, and monitor progress throughout the lifecycle.
Own the department’s training strategy, tools, and market knowledge development to ensure team readiness and capability growth.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide strategic input to leadership, contribute to post-M&A integration efforts, and manage special projects as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Support the Sub-regional Operations Director regarding implementation Services across the subregion. •
Work with the Implementation Services Managers / Leads in other countries (where appointed) to ensure consistent implementation of the global operating model in the sub-region is achieved.
What you’ll need
Bachelor/ Master degree in the field of engineering
7+ years’ experience in an Implementation Service role in an international environment with a minimum of 3+ years people management experience; leading and supervising a team
Ability to travel as required
