In the AI Business Process Specialists team, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible specialist sellers with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end AI Business Process transformation at scale through high-impact, value-driven customer engagements—helping organizations transform their business processes and technology to adapt and thrive in today’s data-driven AI Age. You will form strong relationships with C-Suite executives and Business Decision Makers among our top customers and help them solve their business challenges through long-term, consultative partnerships. You will help them achieve their business goals by bringing industry-relevant business value insights and innovative, industry-leading solutions to enable their end-to-end business transformations. You will leverage customer intimacy, market & customer insights, whitespace analysis, the Microsoft partner network & account team collaboration to identify, qualify, prioritize and accelerate sales opportunities. You will organize and lead the entire sales process, from account planning to orchestrating and closing the sale with internal stakeholders and partners. You will also be responsible for delivering the One Microsoft narrative, competitive differentiation, customer centric pitch, business value proposition and outcomes, and compelling proposals with commercial options. You will be part of a dedicated sales community while working hand in hand with account teammates and support teams.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Strong technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with selling CRM, ERP or cloud-based business applications to large enterprise accounts. Developing pipeline through BDM networking, assessing strategic customer objectives, digital transformation opportunity discovery, and an ability to measure and present incremental and new economic value from solutions proposed.
- Ability to sell connected end-to-end business transformation solutions across business units within accounts.
- Leading/orchestrating sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, customer decision frameworks, evaluation plans and sophisticated business case discussions.
- Deal crafting, negotiating terms and contracts for multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong track record and history of exceeding sales quota.
- Fluent in French OR Dutch
Responsibilities
- Business Value & Consultative Selling: You will foster and expand Microsoft’s relationships with Customer C-Suite and Business Decision Makers as an industry aligned Business Process solution expert. You will hunt new AI Business Process opportunities by identifying and engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers’ business and technology priorities, governance, decision and budget processes. You will sell solutions by demonstrating value, persuasively negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, and consulting with stakeholders to challenge conventional thinking. You will need to creatively navigate the sales process and use storytelling to envision transformation with the customer, effectively connecting anecdotes, data insights, and technical value to maximize and accelerate customer business impact.
- Sales Execution and Collaboration: You will orchestrate a virtual team and assess customer needs and market dynamics to lead solution play selection. You will land the business value proposition of AI Business Process solutions and the One Microsoft narrative & orchestrate technical solution demonstration. You will develop strategies that proactively build a stakeholder network to accelerate and close AI Business Process opportunities. Overall, you will lead the planning, orchestration and execution of AI Business Process opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell.
- Technical Expertise: You will lead AI Business Process BDM and ITDM conversations, share best practices, present solutions with a differentiated value proposition, use cases and key competitor knowledge across solution areas acting as a subject matter expert.
- Sales Excellence: You will lead and plan for accounts across territories, do compete plans and business analysis to pursue high-potential customers and manage AI Business Process solutions across the organization. You will deliver sales execution rigor by attaining operational excellence with focus on pipeline generation, MSX hygiene and cross-team orchestration.
