As a Senior Scrum Master, your mission is to cultivate high-performing, self-managing Agile product delivery teams that consistently deliver customer value. You are a leader and coach who values psychological safety, drives continuous improvement, and ensures Agile principles are embedded in day-to-day delivery of your team. Beyond your direct team, you play a pivotal role in strengthening Agile maturity across the organization by mentoring other Scrum Masters and actively contributing to the development of our delivery culture.

Your responsibilities are:
- Build a strong team culture based on trust, openness, and accountability.
- Coach Agile teams to embrace self-organization, shared ownership, and a growth mindset.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) that are focused, effective, and aligned with delivery outcomes.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior Scrum Masters, supporting their development, sharing knowledge, and helping them navigate challenges in their teams.
- Lead by example, modeling Agile values and servant leadership across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement, helping teams inspect, adapt, and refine their processes for greater effectiveness.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to focus on product goals, risks and learning to consistently deliver business value and responding to change.
- Remove obstacles that hinder team progress, proactively engaging stakeholders when needed.
- Promote transparency through the effective use of visual tools and data (e.g., Scrum boards, metrics, team health indicators).
- Support onboarding of new team members and ensure team alignment with Agile principles and delivery goals.
- Monitor team performance, identifying trends and opportunities to improve collaboration, velocity, and predictability.
- Collaborate with Team Coaches, Project Managers, and other delivery leaders to manage dependencies, capacity, and delivery risks.
- Engage in knowledge sharing and cross-team learning, contributing to Agile community events, retrospectives, and forums.
What you bring:
- A deep understanding of Agile and Scrum, with at least 5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in software product delivery.
- Experience coaching and mentoring Scrum Masters, helping them grow in confidence, skill, and Agile maturity.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to strengthen alignment and engagement across roles and teams.
- A continuous improvement approach and the ability to guide teams through change and uncertainty.
- Practical experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and working closely with cross-functional teams.
- A good understanding of delivery metrics and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Scrum Master certification (PSM II, A-CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred.
- A degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field is a plus.
