What you’ll do
As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients in advanced therapies (cell & gene). You’ll lead projects from start to finish, making sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating cross-functional teams (logistics, quality, production, etc.)
- Managing timelines, risks, and resources
- Leading client meetings, audits, and follow-ups
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Supporting continuous improvement and process optimization
- Handling project documentation, financial tracking, and reporting
You’ll work in a dynamic, international environment where English is used daily.
What we’re looking for
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences
- 5 years of experience in project management (clinical trials or commercial programs)
- Experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices
- Solid understanding of GMP/GxP and clinical logistics
- Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
- Proficient with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- A project management certification (CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
