Roles & Responsibilities
- Guide one or more Agile teams through all aspects of the Scrum framework (Sprint
- Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress
- Promote a culture of self-organisation and ownership within the team
- Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders
- Ensure continuous delivery of value by reinforcing Agile principles and best practices
- Support Product Owners in effective backlog management
- Work closely with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to ensure alignment at the program or portfolio level
- Monitor team performance using relevant Agile metrics
Profile
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3 years), ideally within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and frameworks
- Experience in guiding teams through Agile transformations or process improvements
- Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Fluency in at least two of the following: Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken)
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM)
