We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist to support our HRIS transformation roadmap. This includes the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors EC, implementation of new modules, and optimization of existing functionalities. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with a strong understanding of HR processes to translate functional requirements into scalable SuccessFactors configurations.
Key Responsibilities
Consultation and Advisory
Business Alignment: Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and align application strategies accordingly
Problem Management: Investigate and suggest improvements to fix identified problems
Functional analysis: Gather business requirements and translate them into functional analysis and recommend best practices
Documentation Management : Make sure the functional documentation is kept up to date
Technical Expertise
Configuration & customization: Configure and customize SuccessFactors EC and related modules (LMS, ONB 2.0, REC, RMK, GMPM, People Analytics).
Development lifecycle: Monitor system setup, testing and validation
Go lives: Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
Data quality: Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the migration and implementation lifecycle
Continuous Improvement
Operational excellence: Monitor system performance and propose enhancements
Innovation: Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors updates and innovations
Business enablement: Support training and documentation efforts for end-users
Requirements
Required qualifications
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Central and related modules
Strong understanding of HR processes and data models
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in SAP HCM to SF EC migration projects is a plus
Proficient in Dutch or French, and English
Preferred qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Workzone or other HRIS platforms
Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy standards in HR systems
