Salesforce Solution Delivery Manager

As Salesforce Solution Delivery Manager at Hologic you will actively engage in hands-on configuration and development of technology solutions, while also leading and managing a functional team to meet Hologic's strategic goals. This position involves managing and mentoring a team of individual contributors while partnering with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, sustainable, and user-friendly solutions for our Sales and Marketing Operations using Salesforce and other supporting platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing solution delivery from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and holding stakeholders accountable for their commitments.
We are looking for candidates with people management experience and expertise in solution delivery processes, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and optimization. Great communication skills are essential to drive clarity and consensus around business requirements, serving up technology solution options to both technical and non-technical audiences across multiple locations.
Position is hybrid based from our Zaventem office. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility to work one weekend every quarter will be required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions that align with strategic business goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee a team of functional IT individual contributors across multiple time zones, providing guidance, professional development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to design and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions with a focus on usability and efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions with a focus on user experience.
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes to ensure solutions meet organizational needs and improve the overall experience.
- Continuously monitor and optimize delivered solutions to maximize value and efficiency for the organization.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a functional team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or an IT related technical discipline
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce Sales Cloud experience
- Experience managing and developing resources in a complex, enterprise-wide environment
- Experience integrating Salesforce with backend ERP preferred, knowledge of Oracle will be advantageous
- In-depth understanding of scalable and sustainable technology solutions and architecture
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools to manage timelines and deliverables.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges
- Excellent communication skills. Consultative and interpersonal skills to build partnerships with business counterparts
