As a RoRo Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate complex Roll-On and Roll-Off lifting operations. Together with your colleagues you will execute projects in safety, with precision and on time.
Your tasks in a nutshell :
- Execute lifting operations using barges, ballast-systems and SPMT combinations in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor equipment performance.
- Prepare and supervise all activities related to the operation of combined systems.
- Cooperate with international team : project managers, engineers, and ops crew.
- Mentor and train team members.
In this position you will closely collaborate with project operations crew and you will report to the operations department manager.

PROFILE
As a RoRo Supervisor, you combine your strong heavy lifting knowledge with the ability to lead the forces of an on-site operations crew. You know how to strive for smooth on-site lifting operations.
- Demonstrated proficiency and extensive experience in the execution of complex RoRo operations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
- Relevant certifications.
- Willing to work in 6-2 rotations.
