Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Process Consultant to join our Regulatory team.
Your role will be to support our clients in the financial services sector in the analysis, design, and optimization of compliance-related processes across the organization. The role focuses on ensuring that processes meet regulatory requirements and support operational efficiency, particularly in areas such as AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and related regulatory frameworks. The analyst will work closely with IT and business teams to embed regulatory controls in process workflows and contribute to governance and reporting.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyze, document, and optimize regulatory compliance processes, with a focus on AML, KYC, and related domains
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT, and Operational teams to ensure process alignment with regulatory expectations
- Support process governance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Map current and future state processes, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements
- Facilitate process workshops and knowledge transfer sessions
- Contribute to automation readiness by liaising with IT teams and understanding regulatory impacts on technology solutions
- Monitor compliance process performance and support reporting to governance bodies
Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in process analysis
- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to analyze, model, and improve business processes (familiarity with tools such as Visio, ARIS is a plus)
- Experience working with IT systems/packages supporting compliance workflows is a plus
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and their operational impacts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch, with a good understanding of the other language
