Receptionist(e)
As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, the Receptionist(e) plays a crucial role in representing our law firm’s commitment to excellence. In alignment with our firm’s values of professionalism, precision, and client focus, this role demands exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
Your Role
You will be the first point of contact at our reception area and a key support to our business services team. In this position, you will:
- Professionally handle all calls and ensure efficient connections to the appropriate person or department.
- Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and direct them accurately to their meeting rooms.
- Seamlessly manage email correspondence to support internal and external communication.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as preparing badges for seminars and similar events.
- Prepare and organise meeting rooms, ensuring all necessary materials and facilities are in place.
- Maintain a welcoming environment at the reception and in meeting spaces.
- Manage the dispatch of documents both domestically and internationally.
- Arrange transportation logistics, including taxi reservations when needed.
Your Profile
Our successful candidate will:
- Hold a professional Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or a related field.
- Possess excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English—both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate prior experience in a similar administrative or reception role—considered a strong asset.
- Exhibit outstanding telephone etiquette and digital proficiency.
- Present a client-centered and friendly attitude.
- Thrive in multitasking and deliver under pressure.
- Be proficient in basic MS Office applications.
- Approach tasks with a proactive, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
