Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Manage and coordinate the development of ASIC technology platform: projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

Collaboration Across Teams: Lead cross-functional teams, aligning various departments with project goals to deliver impactful solutions.

Strategic Input: Contribute to defining future hardware platform directions, ensuring alignment with global business needs.

Risk & Quality Management: Oversee risk management activities (DFMEA, hazard analysis) and ensure adherence to regulatory, clinical, and quality standards.

Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners, driving collaboration and ensuring high-quality design deliverables.
What You’ll Bring

Experience: 3+ years in project management, with a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Technical Expertise: Ability to dive deep into both the technical and strategic aspects of hardware platform development.

Leadership: Strong influencing and leadership skills to steer projects toward successful completion.

Problem Solving: A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset and a keen eye for quality and detail.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
