We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a good understanding of GxP (Good Practice) regulations. This role involves managing projects as well as specific GxP-related activities to ensure compliance and quality in all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:
· Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including scientists, engineers, and regulatory professionals. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
· Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide regular project updates and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
· GxP Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with GxP regulations.
· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and regulatory authorities.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
· Proven experience in project management within Life Sciences.
· Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
