We are on the lookout for a IT Project Manager to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Brussels in an on site position.

For this position you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
Below are the details of your role and requirements.
Your role:
- Manage the implementation of information systems testing activities, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality.
- Give proposals for project testing strategies, planning, definition of tasks and
deliverables, review of deliverables, quality control, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization.
Guide the team in charge of testing activities and review their deliverables.
Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings.
Estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful
completion of each test sessions.
Prepare and maintain quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide
regular and accurate reports.
Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors. Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience

Who we think you are:
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking).
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in Meeting Facilitation
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in knowing project aspects
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in reporting methods
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in knowing project management tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel
- At least 10 years of knowledge in confluence and Jira
CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:
Following certificates & standards are required for the performance of tasks
Optional - Project Management Professional (PMP)
Optional - PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner
Optional - Certified in PM2
