As Product Marketing Specialist, your role is to Create, coordinate, and continuously improve product documentation and communication across multiple channels and teams, in order to support successful product adoption, enhance the user experience, and ensure consistent, accessible information for all audiences.
Your responsibilities
As Product Marketing Specialist, your responsibilities include:
Product documentation
- Create and maintain high-quality product documentation in order to maximize product adoption, reduce support needs, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Coordinate the process of delivering product documentation across relevant channels and audiences, in order to ensure timely, accurate, and accessible content that supports each stage of the product launch and enhances the overall user experience.
- Maintain and optimize the tools and applications used to distribute our documentation to customers through in-app integration, in order to ensure fluid access to relevant information within the product experience
- Oversee the translation of product documentation into French, Dutch, and English, in order to ensure accessibility, consistency of messaging across regions, and a seamless experience for all users regardless of language preference.
Product Launch planning
- Anticipate and assess the scope and content of upcoming product releases in order to align marketing initiatives and communication efforts with product timelines and ensure stakeholder preparedness
- Coordinate messaging and timing across departments, in order to ensure a consistent, unified communication approach for each product rollout.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Specialist to distribute product-related communications across the appropriate internal and external channels,
- in order to ensure message consistency, timely delivery, and maximum visibility to the target audience.
- Prepare and implement communication plans for internal and external audiences, in order to inform, engage, and equip all stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and context for successful adoption
Product adoption analysis
- Analyze the usage and effectiveness of support materials and documentation, in order to identify gaps, assess impact, and improve the quality and relevance of future content.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior within the platform in order to continuously optimize product documentation
Your profile
As Product Marketing Specialist, you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent by experience) with min 3 years of experience in content writing and content communication (positioning, tone of voice, etc. )
- Experience in product documentation writing and ability to translate technical solutions into value-adding features relatable four our clients.
- Excellent organizational skills to keep an overview of different product launch projects, releases and milestones running at the same time.
- Very good writing skills and ability to bring a coherent message in all our documentation and communication.
- Analytical mindset to understand how users are interacting with our platform and how we can improve. Experience with Digital adoption tools like ProductFruits, Stonly or Walkme is a plus
- Fluent in French Dutch and English
