What We're Looking For (No BS Requirements)
Must-Haves:
Master's degree (or equivalent real-world experience that proves you're brilliant)
3+ years turning complex problems into elegant solutions
Experience with data modeling and system design
English fluency (our team spans 15 nationalities)
AI competence and familiarity with key AI tools - this isn't optional, it's essential
