About this vacancy
We are looking for a Procurement Support Specialist to support a large-scale industrial project. In this role, you will support procurement and P2P processes, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate SAP administration.
- Create and manage purchase orders, change orders, and vendor data in SAP.
- Monitor deliveries, update schedules, and support invoice control.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team.
- Facilitate and improve P2P processes and workflows.
- Support procurement activities and act as backup during colleagues’ absence.
What we expect from you
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the (petro)chemical or industrial sector.
- Solid knowledge of SAP (P2P module).
- Fluency in Dutch AND English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player with good problem-solving skills.
