We are looking for a Senior Power BI Expert to join an international and dynamic environment. This role combines technical excellence with mentorship and leadership, offering the opportunity to make a strong impact both on data strategy and on the growth of a team.

Your mission will be twofold:
Coaching & Mentoring: guide developers and business users, share best practices, and help them grow their skills in data modeling and visualization.

Data Modeling & Report Development: design and optimize semantic models, ensure performance and consistency across datasets, and build impactful dashboards that turn complex requirements into clear insights.

We value proven expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, RLS, deployment pipelines), strong SQL knowledge, and experience in data warehouses or cloud environments (Azure is a plus). Familiarity with SAP BO is an additional advantage.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential. English fluency is required, along with professional proficiency in either French or Dutch.
