The Role: Performance & Digital Marketeer
Own Juna Fae's performance engine, drive results and scale smart internationally
We are looking for a strategic, analytical and hands-on Performance Marketeer who is excited to own the full digital marketing funnel—from acquisition strategy to attribution models. Your focus will be performance: driving data-led growth across platforms while contributing to the long-term strategy of a fast-evolving brand.
This isn’t a role with a blueprint—we’re still writing it. You’ll have autonomy and influence from day one.
What You'll Do:
- Build, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Own reporting: develop dashboards, run A/B tests, and translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Design and improve the full customer funnel (from ad to sale), ensuring healthy CAC, LTV, and ROAS ratios.
- Work on attribution: set up models that give clarity in a multi-touchpoint journey.
- Collaborate with creatives to ensure ad visuals and messaging drive conversion and tell the Juna Fae story.
- Manage budgets with a focus on efficiency and smart experimentation.
- Stay on top of industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform innovations.

- There’s ambiguity. We want someone who enjoys figuring things out, not waiting for instructions.
What We're Looking For
(Not just what you have but what you’ve done with it.)
- You’ve successfully run and scaled digital ad campaigns, ideally in a DTC e-commerce environment.
- You’ve worked with tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM and Looker Studio) and know how to spot what’s not working.
- You’ve built funnels and optimized them with performance metrics in mind.
- You’ve managed attribution modelling (data-driven, linear, last-click, etc.).
- You’ve created reports that actually inform decisions, not just impress.
- You’ve tried something new, because you were curious, not because someone told you to.
- You speak fluent CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rate, and know how they connect.
- You’re highly organized and consistent, with the ability to create structure while building the role from the ground up.
- You’re a team player with great communication skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, or luxury e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Shopify.
- An interest in ad storytelling or eye for creative that converts.
- Knowledge of SEO or or email performance (Klaviyo? Love it!).
